  • Thursday

    Check in Thursday 4pm

    5:30pm - Happy Hour and Dinner

    7-8pm - Opening Ceremony - Creating Community/setting Intentions for the Weekend Together

    Connect Together around the Fire and set Intentions 

    Conclude with Interventions for Sleep 

  • Friday

    7am - Sunrise Yoga with Katie

    8am - Continental Breakfast

    9am-10:30am 

    Group 1: Visceral Work

    -Explore Your Own Body through Visceral Work with Lisa

    -The Forgotten Diaphragm. 

    -Learn Uterus Love - Whether You Have One or Not

    -Explore Access to Your Diaphragm thru Visceral Learning

    Group 2: Breathwork

    -Learn the 1st Steps of Approaching Breath within a Trauma Informed Perspective

    -Learn How to Approach Breath Safely - Beginning with Access to the Diaphragm

    -Learn Beginners' Breath and How to Modify 

    -Conclude with Breath Work Practice to Help Reset Your Nervous System

    10:30am-12pm - Groups Switch

    2pm-5:30pm - Explore Scottsdale

    6pm - Dinner as a Group

    7:30pm - Guided Myofascial Facial Work with Lisa

  • Saturday

    7am - Pelvic Floor Restorative Group Movement Class with Lisa 

    8am - Continental Breakfast 

    9am-10:30am  

    Group 1: Visceral Work with Lisa

    -Explore Your Own Body through Visceral Work

    -Explore Ways to Improve Gut Health and Digestion through a Trauma Informed Nervous System Visceral Approach

    Group 2: Viyana Vayu with Katie​

    ​-Unlock Inner Harmony through 2-part Pranayama (Breath Technique)
